Daily Snapshot
By default, all admins receive the Daily Snapshot/Email Digest and other system notifications. Check out this article to learn how to add an administrator. You can configure if an admin will receive the email digest or not by toggling the Disable daily digest report option from their employee profile, under the ACCOUNT INFO tab.
You can also enable the Daily Snapshot emails for department managers by turning on the SEND DAILY SNAPSHOT EMAILS TO DEPARTMENT MANAGERS option on the Settings > Security screen. After you have enabled the option, you can enable/disable the delivery option for individual department manager from their employee profile's ACCOUNT INFO tab.
Rule Notifications
Most of the rules also support a Notify action. That action enables you to specify a user’s email address. In this way, if that rule is violated, the specified user will receive a notification. Check out this article to learn more about the Notify action.
