On Teramind, you can set the salary or hourly rate of an employee, consultant or contractor.
Employees can then select a task/project they are working on (Revealed Agent) or get it assigned automatically by Teramind based on their activity and app usage (Hidden Agent).
You can then use various built-in reports to analyze your cost/output in various ways. For example:
Use the Payroll Rating, Employee Payroll, Departmental Payroll, Task Payroll widget on the Dashboards to get quick snapshots of your payroll.
Use the Time Tracking reports such as Employee Cost, Task Cost, Timecards and Time Records to get detailed spending reports on each employee/department/project/task.
Use the BI Reports such as the Productivity report to conduct cost analysis such as how much time/money is wasted on idle time, which tasks and projects are profitable vs which ones are not, expenses trend, etc.
You can also export these reports as an Excel file for further analysis.
