Teramind Agent can capture virtually all activities within any application/website. This means:
You can view what apps/websites are used by the users from the Applications & Websites report and filter for specific apps/sites by app name/category, etc.
You can view the Keystrokes report to see what users are typing in particular app/website.
You can use the File Events and Web File Events reports to view what files are being uploaded/downloaded/shared to/from an app/website.
You can use the Session Player to view the user's desktop.
