You can turn monitoring off completely for all website visits or suspend monitoring of select websites based on their URL/detected content/IP address etc. You also suspend just the keystrokes logging while still being able to track other activities on the websites.

1. To turn of monitoring for all websites

1.1 Click the Gear icon near the top right corner of the dashboard and select Monitoring Settings from the pop-up menu:

1.2 Click a monitoring profile you want to change or click the Default settings profile to change the monitoring settings for all users:

1.3 Click the Yes/No button in front of the WEBSITES:

2.2 Click the small Gear icon at the right side of the APPLICATIONS.

2.3 This will pop-up the Websites: Edit settings window:

2.4 From this settings window you can:

To turn off screen recording and keystrokes logging of select websites

DON’T MONITOR WEB TRAFFIC FOR THESE WEBSITES field for which you want to suspend screen recording and keystrokes logging.

To turn off content parsing of select websites

Enter the websites or web pages in the SUSPEND MONITORING WHEN THESE WEBSITES ARE VISITED field for which you want to suspend content parsing. Screen recording and keystrokes logging will still be enabled for these sites/pages. You can use this setting, for example, to record the activity when the user is in Gmail, but don’t capture the actual email content or any attachments.

To turn off monitoring of select websites based on detected content

Enter the websites or web pages in the SUSPEND MONITORING WHEN WEBSITE CONTAINS CONTENT field to suspend all activity tracking, screen recording and keystroke logging for the sites/pages based on detected text on the site's URL or HTML content. This field can contain keywords or a list of keywords (see the CONFIGURE > Shared List section on the Teramind User Guide to learn how to create such a list). A common use for this option is to determine intranet or proxy-generated websites.

To suspend keystroke logging of select websites

Enter the websites or web pages in the SUSPEND KEYSTROKE MONITORING WHEN THESE WEBSITES ARE VISITED field to disable only keystroke logging for these site/pages. All other activity will still be tracked and screen recording will still take place.

To suspend keystroke logging in password fields

You can turn off the MONITOR KEYSTROKES FOR PASSWORD FIELDS option to suspend capturing of keystrokes in password fields (for example on a login page).

Note that, there are similar options available for some of these settings that let you use IP addresses instead of URLs/hostnames.
