How to change task selection time out / auto-switch a user's task

You can build rules in Teramind to set a user’s task based on their activity using the Set User’s Active Task Action. If the user switches activity and remains in the new activity for the specified seconds, the rule will be reevaluated.

You can change this task selection time out from the Settings screen:

  1. Click the Gear icon near the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select Setting.

  3. Select the Alerts tab. Enter the new timeout value in the RULE TASK SELECTION ACTION TIMEOUT (SECONDS) field.
