Please make sure to add the Temporary Exceptions to your antivirus software before updating the agent. Otherwise, it may interfere with the update process.
Manual Update (On-Premise deployments only)
You can update the agents remotely from the Computers screen:
1. Click the COMPUTERS menu.
2. Select the computer(s) you want to update.
3. Select Update agents from the Select action menu displayed at the top-left corner.
4. Press the CONFIRM button on the pop-up alert.
5. To cancel an ongoing update process, click the Cancel agent updates option from the Select action menu.
Automatic Update (Cloud deployments only)
You can turn the auto-update feature on/off from the Settings screen:
1. Click the Gear icon near the top-right corner of the dashboard.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select the Autoupdate tab.
4. Click the ENABLE AUTOMATIC UPDATES option to turn it on/off.
