You might see a browser warning message, "Your connection is not secure", or, "Your connection is not private", or, "Deceptive site ahead" when trying to access your Teramind On-Premise Dashboard.
Possible Cause:
This can happen if your server doesn't have a SSL certificate installed or it's not configured correctly.
Solution:
Usually, you can continue to the site by clicking the Details/Advanced button and then clicking the "Visit this unsafe site" or "Proceed to..." link.
If the site doesn't show any of these options, try to open the dashboard by its IP address. When you have access, install a SSL certificate to avoid future issues. Here are some resources that can help you set up a SSL certificate:
