For Cloud deployments, only two select, vetted Teramind employees have access to our production cloud environment. No one else at Teramind (even Support or Customer Success) has access unless the customer shares access over screen share or via support PIN. In either case, access is logged and users can review who sees their data.
On-Premise/Private Cloud deployments are fully isolated and managed by the customer. Teramind will not have any access. Only admins chosen by the customer will have access to the dashboard and servers. All access can be tracked in immutable logs..
