Teramind maintains a robust security and compliance framework to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of customer data across all deployment types. Our commitment to data privacy is enforced through comprehensive Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs), strict access controls, and continuous internal auditing.


Cloud Deployments

Access to the Cloud production environment is strictly restricted to a minimal number of vetted personnel on a need-to-know basis (Least Privilege). All access is logged and audited.

Teramind Support and Customer Success teams have no standing access to customer data. Access is only possible if explicitly granted by the customer (e.g., via a temporary Support PIN or screen share), which is also logged.

On-Premise / Private Cloud Deployments

These environments are fully isolated and managed exclusively by the customer. Teramind maintains no inherent access to the installation, servers, or customer data.

Security, Compliance, and Audit

Teramind is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II compliant.

Customers may submit a request to obtain the relevant compliance documentation (e.g., the SOC 2 Type II report and ISO 27001 Certificate) for independent assurance regarding the security, availability, and confidentiality of our systems.
