All Teramind offerings (Starter, UAM, DLP) are available as monthly and yearly plans. Depending on the type of deployment, pricing is calculated based on number of users (Cloud) or endpoints (On-Premise and Private Cloud) and terminal servers. To start, simply select the Teramind solution you are interested in, your preferred deployment model, and the expected number of users/endpoints/terminal servers and click “Start Free Trial” on the Teramind Pricing page. This will give you a free 14-day on-premise or 7-day cloud trial. Please contact us if you have any questions.

What's Included in the Price?

The subscription product/price includes the software license, technical support and software updates during the term of the subscription.

Local Currency Conversion

Teramind charges in local currency (automatically detected when you visit our site) and then our credit card processor handles the conversion to USD.

Trial License Limitations

Trial period is limited to 800 users per account for the Cloud deployments and 25 endpoints and 2 terminal servers (session hosts) for On-Premise/Private Cloud deployments.

Volume Discount

Quantity discount is available for more than 250 licenses.

Terminal Server

A Terminal Server is a server where multiple users can log in and work simultaneously. For example, a Windows Server configured with Remote Desktop Services is a Terminal Server. Teramind Agent can be installed on such a server to monitor all users on it.

As to when you should use a Terminal server depends on your needs. If you search for terms such as 'Benefits of Using Remote Desktop Services' you will find many online resources that will explain the benefits of such a server.

Terminal Server Licensing Policy

  • On-Premise/Private Cloud: If you are a Teramind On-Premise/Private Cloud customer, you will need to buy a separate Terminal Server License anytime you use Windows Remote Desktop Services/Terminal Services. A Teramind Server License cost is equivalent to 30 endpoint licenses.

  • Cloud: If you are a Cloud customer, you do not need to buy a separate Terminal Server License. However, since Teramind Cloud is licensed per user, you will need to take into account the total number of users (ones on your Terminal Server plus any additional users you want to monitor on their individual computers).

Note that, if all your employees are working on their own PCs, you do not need to install the Teramind Agent on a Terminal Server.
