Firewall and proxy issues

Possible Causes

  1. Firewall is blocking the server and/or port.
  2. UDP port is blocked.

Solution

  1. Make sure Teramind server/ports are not blocked by your firewall. To learn which server/IPs and ports you need to check and how, check out this article: How to check if Teramind IP addresses/hosts and ports are reachable.
  2. If Audio recording is enabled, Teramind Agent connects to the server on a random UDP ports in the range 1000-65535 to send the audio recordings. To disable using UDP ports, switch off Audio from the Teramind Dashboard:
