How to Clear the HSTS Settings

Chrome

1. Enter chrome://net-internals/#hsts in the address bar.

2. Enter onsite.teramind.io in the Domain field under Delete domain security policies.

3. Click the Delete button.

Edge

1. Enter edge://net-internals/#hsts in the address bar.

2. Enter onsite.teramind.io in the Domain field under Delete domain security policies.

3. Click the Delete button.

Firefox

1. Close any open windows.

2. Click the Menu near the top-right corner.

3. Click History.

4. Right-click on you dashboard site and select Forget About This Site…

Note: You can also press CTL+ Shift + H to open the History window.

Internet Explorer

1. Open the Registry Editor

2. Open the following sub-key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\

3. From the Edit menu, select New > Key.

4. Type FEATURE_DISABLE_HSTS and press Enter.

5. Click on FEATURE_DISABLE_HSTS.

6. Again, from the Edit menu, select New > DWORD (32 bit) Value.

7. Type iexplore.exe.

8. Right-click on iexplore.exe and select Modify.

9. In the Value data field, type 1 and click OK to save the change.

10. Open the following sub-key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\

11. From the Edit menu, select New > Key.

12. Type FEATURE_DISABLE_HSTS and press Enter.

13.Click on FEATURE_DISABLE_HSTS.

14.Again, from the Edit menu, select New > DWORD (32 bit) Value.

15.Type iexplore.exe.

16.Right-click on iexplore.exe and select Modify.

17.In the Value data field, type 1 and click OK to save the change.
