After the upgrade new features will become available immediately. For example, if you upgrade from Teramind Starter to Teramind UAM/DLP, you will be able to access the Keystrokes, OCR, Printing, etc. reports immediately.

However, you will only see the data from the moment of the upgrade. No past data will be shown on the newly available reports.
