I am getting an access denied message

This usually means you are on Teramind Starter or Teramind UAM and do not have the feature under the tier. For example, only certain monitoring reports/BI reports are available on Teramind Starter. If you try to access such a report, you will get the "Access denied" error message:

To access the feature, please upgrade to an upper tier, i.e., Teramind UAM or Teramind DLP.

You can also get this message if you are a regular employee and do not have the access permission to view the feature. Your administrator can configure what features you can access from the Configure > Access Control panel.
