Start by opening the Session Player (by clicking the Video Camera icon from the Dashboard, from the BI Reports, or anywhere else you see the icon):

1. Click the Cloud Download icon near the top-right corner of the Session Player. A pop-up window will open.

2. On the Video params pop-up window, select a date range and specify the time range, video speed, frames per second, and an email address. You can also disable sound if wanted. Click the Start export button.

3. When the export is ready, you will receive an email similar to the one below:

4. Click the download link in the email to download the MP4 file. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.

The MP4 video file can be played back using VLC Media Player or also using the Chrome browser. You can drag the MP4 file over to a Chrome browser tab to play back the recording.

You can see the export status if still in progress, a list of already exported videos, and redownload those videos from the System > Video Export screen.
