Exporting a Video Recording from the Session Player
Start by opening the Session Player (by clicking the Video Camera 
icon from the Dashboard, from the BI Reports or anywhere else you see the icon):
1. Click the Cloud Download 
icon near the top-right corner of the Session Player. A pop-up window will open.
2. On the Video params pop-up window, select a date range and specify time range, video speed, frames per second, and an email address. You can also disable sound if wanted. Click the Start export.
3. When the export is ready, you will receive an email similar to the one below:
4. Click the download link in the email to download the MP4 file. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.

Viewing a List of Exported Videos / Redownloading Exported Videos
You can see a list of already exported videos and redownload them from the System > Video Export screen.
