You will need a new license key. Please reach out to [email protected] with the registered email address on the account along with your new hardware ID listed on the Teramind Dashboard. To get the hardware ID:

1. Click the Gear icon near the top-right corner of the Dashboard.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click the About tab.

4. The HARDWARE ID is located near the top of the screen.

Note that, you can still access your Dashboard while waiting for a new key.
