Teramind supports LDAP/LDAPS.

Teramind can be integrated with Active Directory to import your users, computers, groups, attributes and other important meta-data. Teramind’s integration with Active Directory is read-only. Remember, you can still monitor users that are not in the domain by simply installing an agent on their computer.

Entra ID/Azure AD does not support the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) protocol or Secure LDAP directly. However, it's possible to enable Azure AD Domain Services (Azure AD DS) instance on your Azure AD tenant with properly configured network security groups through Azure Networking to achieve LDAP connectivity. Note that Active Directory LDAP authentication (non-Azure) is currently supported on Teramind On-Premise and Teramind Private Cloud deployments only. However, Cloud deployments can still use other remote installation options to deploy the Agent.
