New Features
New Monitoring Option to Toggle Activity Level Tracking
Category: Windows Agent / Monitoring Settings
We have added a new monitoring option, "ACTIVITY LEVEL":
The Activity Level option ensures that activity-based data is not collected. When disabled, it stops the Agent from recording mouse movement, keyboard usage, and other related monitoring, such as Applications, Websites, and Keystrokes. As a result, metrics like active time, idle time, and activity level (%) will no longer be captured or reported.
This update gives you greater control and flexibility to align with data privacy requirements, including GDPR compliance.
Support for the New MS Outlook
Category: Windows Agent / Monitoring
The Agent is updated to address changes made by Microsoft to the new Outlook (olk.exe), resulting in missing records in reports like BI Reports > Emails.
New BI Report Filters for Enhanced Analysis
Category: Web / BI Reports / Active Directory
We’ve added powerful filtering options to help you uncover more meaningful insights:
Position: Filter by employee job title.
Agent Groups: Filter by Active Directory Agent Groups.
Computer Groups: Filter by Active Directory Computer Groups.
Agent/Computer Groups: Combine filters for maximum flexibility.
These filters are available under Common Filters when Active Directory is enabled, helping you create more targeted reports for compliance, performance, and risk analysis.
Access BI Reports Directly from Exported PDFs
Category: Web / BI Reports
You can now directly access your personalized BI Reports, complete with all your customizations and active filters, right from the PDFs generated via the EXPORT > Schedule Export feature.
Simply click the URL link in your PDF reports (whether grid or charts) to instantly jump to the live report. This streamlines your workflow, making it easy to quickly access and share dynamic, real-time reports without the hassle of navigating through your dashboard.

Now, every attempt to access archived videos is captured, providing a comprehensive audit trail. This is crucial for maintaining security, ensuring compliance, and understanding data access patterns, so you always know who's looking at your older records and why.
Smarter Update Management (Cloud)
Category: Web / Settings
The Auto-Update screen (Settings > Autoupdate) has been upgraded to streamline update deployment and improve operational flexibility:
Greater Control Over Updates: You can now select “Disabled” for macOS or Windows agent updates—giving you the freedom to manage deployments based on your unique rollout strategy.
Faster Version Selection: Agent versions now appear with the latest version at the top, so you can quickly find and deploy the most up-to-date release.
Simplified Scheduling: The UPDATE SCHEDULE section now clearly organizes date and time selectors for easier scheduling.
Improved Accuracy: We’ve corrected the casing of "windows" to "Windows" for consistency and professionalism.
Ability to Control Upload Timeout (On-Premise)
Category: Windows Agent / Server / File Upload
Previously, a single large file could prevent the upload of other, smaller files if it terminated with an HTTP timeout.
To address this rare situation, you can now control the server upload timeout with the new client_file_upload_timeout key in the kv_store table. This ensures a more efficient data transfer.
To use it:
INSERT INTO kv_store(key, value) VALUES ('client_file_upload_timeout', 42);
The value type is uint32 (in seconds). The default value is 30.
Ability to Control Threading Configurations (On-Premise)
Category: Server
The threading configuration, which determines how many threads different services can use, was previously controlled by a configuration file on the server, making it difficult to apply new configurations due to permission requirements.
You can now easily change the threading configuration values from the DB using the `threading.configuration` key in the `kv_store` table. This provides greater flexibility and ease of management for your server's performance.
To use it:
insert into kv_store(key, value) values('threading.configuration', '{"network" : 4, "logic" : 10, "logic_delayed" : 10, "heartbeat" : 10, "audio" : 10, "screen" : 6, "siem" : 2, "packet_stat" : 4}'::jsonb);
The "value" type is JSON. The default value is an empty string. The range for each thread setting is 0-10.
Notes:
The database configurations will override the values in the configuration file.
It's possible to use values from both the database and the configuration file. In such cases, database values will override any duplicate values in the configuration file.
Improvements
Enhanced Blackout for Windows Notifications
Category: Windows Agent / Screen Recording
Your sensitive information is now better protected. Our updated Dynamic Blackout feature now intelligently accounts for Windows notification preview windows.
