Improvements/Changes

Ability to Exclude Domains from Websites Monitoring

Previously, the DON'T MONITOR WEB TRAFFIC FOR THESE IPS field on Monitoring Settings > Websites would only support IP addresses/IP masks only.

Now, we have added support for domain names in the field:

Domains specified in the field will be excluded from SSL inspection, i.e., Teramind proxy certificate (Internet Widgits Pty Ltd) will not be injected into the websites of the domains. As a result, network traffic from these domains and users' activities on the domains' web pages will not be monitored.

Changes to How Webpages Rule will be Processed

Usually, when a page is loaded in the browser, one webpage request and several resource requests are generated.

Previously, webpage loading was processed through both application and network monitoring, while resource requests were processed through network monitoring only.

Due to this, you might see the same rule triggered several times:

We've made changes so that all webpage requests are processed solely through application monitoring, and all resource requests are processed solely through network monitoring.

This will eliminate confusions and duplications of rule alerts.

Bug Fixes

Incorrect Browser Name on the Alerts Reports
