The Help menu provides you with quick access to some help and support resources:

1. Click the Help icon near the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the help menu.

2. Click the Support & feedback icon to go to the My Account > Support tab.

3. Click the Feature requests icon to visit the Teramind Wishlist portal where you can request for new features, report a bug, track product developments, etc.

4. Click the Knowledge base icon to visit the Teramind Knowledge Bass (this) Portal.

5. Click the Training & certifications button to visit the Teramind Academy portal where you can complete courses to gain a deeper understanding the product, learn how to apply Teramind to your organization’s goals, and achieve certification.
