The Help menu provides quick access to support, technical resources, training, and feedback channels. Depending on your deployment type, follow the steps below:
Cloud Deployments
1. Click the Help
icon near the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the help menu.
2. Click the Support & feedback icon to go to the My Account > Support tab.
3. Click the Feature requests icon to visit the Teramind Wishlist portal where you can request for new features, report a bug, track product developments, etc.
4. Click the Knowledge base icon to visit the Teramind Knowledge Base (this) Portal.
5. Click the Training & certifications button to visit the Teramind Academy portal where you can complete courses to gain a deeper understanding the product, learn how to apply Teramind to your organization’s goals, and achieve certification.
On-Premise/Private Cloud Deployments
You can access the Help menu from the Self-Hosted Portal.
The options are identical to the Cloud version, with one key difference regarding the Support & Feedback option: To contact support in a self-hosted environment, use the interactive Chat
feature found in the bottom-right corner of both the Self-Hosted Portal and the Knowledge Base, or email [email protected].
