Hidden Agent (Windows)
1. Run the Command Prompt as an admin:
2. Run the following command on the Command Prompt to stop the Agent:
sc stop tsvchst
3. Run the following command to restart the agent:
sc start tsvchst
Hidden Agent (Mac)
1. Run the following command on the Mac Terminal to stop the Agent:
/usr/local/teramind/agent/bin/tmctl.sh stopall
2. Run the following command to restart the agent:
/usr/local/teramind/agent/bin/tmctl.sh startall
Revealed Agent (Windows/Mac)
To stop the Agent, right-click (Control + click on Mac) the Gear icon located at the bottom-right corner of the Agent interface and select Exit:
You can also press Command + Q on the Mac to quit the Agent.
To restart the Agent, just open it from the Windows Start menu or the Mac Launcher.
