Please make sure the Websites monitoring is turned on in the Monitoring Settings panel.

Also check that you do not have any conditions specified on Websites monitoring settings that prevents you from tracking certain sites. For example, if you used the 'MONITOR ONLY THESE WEBSITES' option then Teramind will not monitor any websites that are not included in that field. As another example, if you accidentally put 'https' in the 'DON'T MONITOR WEB TRAFFIC FOR THESE WEBSITES' field, it will filter out all https:// traffic and the websites monitoring features will not work.
