Issues:

If you configured SSO and then changed your hostname (Settings > Security > Hostname), users might still be redirected to the IP address instead of the new host.

If you tried to change the TERAMIND CALLBACK URL and the TERMIND ENTITY ID under the Single Sign On Authentication section, may find that you cannot update one or both of the fields. This can happen if you logged into the Teramind Dashboard from your old IP address/host.

Solution:

  1. Login from the new host instead of the old IP address/host.

  2. Go to the Settings > Security > Single Sign On Authentication section. The fields should be updated automatically to the new hostname.

  3. Click the SAVE button to save the changes.
