Teramind Cloud customers get six months of storage for screen recordings. Other data such as logs, user metadata, etc. are kept for as long as your account is active.
Longer data retention (in increments of six months, e.g., 12 months, 18 months, etc.) is available for an extra fee. Please contact your Customer Support Manager for more details.
You can delete time and screen recordings from the Time Tracking > Time Records, Time Tracking > Time Cards and Monitoring > Screen Snapshots reports.
