You can find what languages are supported on the Teamind Agent specifications and supported platforms article.
You can change the language for a single employee/user from their Profile (ACCOUNT INFO tab).
You can also change the global language settings from the Settings > Localization tab.
If you are an On-Premise customer, you can change the OCR languages from the Monitoring Settings > OCR page.
