Sunsetting Skype Support for a Seamless Transition
In response to Microsoft’s end-of-support for Skype on May 5, 2025, Teramind will be phasing out Skype support across the platform:
Clean Monitoring Experience: Skype will be removed from Monitoring Settings > Instant Messaging and from IM > Messaging App rule criteria.
Preserved Historical Data: You’ll still be able to filter historical Skype events in BI Reports until no more events remain—ensuring continuity for audits and reviews.
New BI Report Filters for Enhanced Analysis
We’ve added powerful filtering options to help you uncover more meaningful insights:
Position: Filter by employee job title.
Agent Groups: Filter by Active Directory Agent Groups.
Computer Groups: Filter by Active Directory Computer Groups.
Agent/Computer Groups: Combine filters for maximum flexibility.
These filters are available under Common Filters helping you create more targeted reports for compliance, performance, and risk analysis.

Extended Functionality for Rules & Session Player
More Powerful Keystroke Rules: The Keystrokes rule now supports regex-based Shared Lists, giving you more flexibility to define and detect sensitive content.
Improved Session Player Usability: We resolved a pan control issue where arrow keys weren’t responsive during zoom, ensuring smoother navigation during video playback.
