Bug Fixes
Play Button Shown for Un-trackable Tasks (Revealed Agent)
If the Employees can track this task option isn't enabled for a task in the Time Tracking > Task screen, then the task isn't listed on the list of available tasks on the Revealed Agent. However, if the task has any subtasks, the task doesn't disappear. Instead, the user cannot start the main task.
However, due to a bug, the play button would still be shown for such unavailable tasks even though clicking it wouldn't do anything:
The bug is fixed now.
Total Active/Idle Time would Reset on Agent Restart
Due to a bug, the Agent wouldn't save the Total Time Active or Total Time Idle time for an Applications rule based on those times (such as the one below). As a result, the timer would reset up next time the Agent was started:
In the above example, if the user stays idle for say, 15 min, then restarts their Agent, the rule will be reset and it will wait another 30 min to trigger (instead of 15 min).
The bug is fixed now so that the total time will only reset at the end of the day as expected.
Total Active/Idle Time Rule not Triggered Unless the App Focus Changed
Due to a bug, an Applications rule with the Total Time Active or Total Time Idle criterion would only trigger after the app focus was changed:
In the above example, if you set a rule with Total Time Active for the application “safari“, it wouldn't trigger until the user changed the app focus (e.g., switched from Safari to another app and back).
The bug is fixed now.
Failure to Inject Proxy Certificate into the Latest Chrome Browser
Due to a recent change in TCP handshake in Google Chrome version 124.x.x.x., the Agent would fail to inject its proxy certificate (Internet Widgits Pty Ltd) into the browser. As a result, it would fail to monitor web activities on the latest Chrome browser.
The bug is fixed now so that the proxy certificate is injected as expected:
