On Teramind Cloud, the limit is 20 requests per second per IP and 16 concurrent sessions allowed per instance.
On On-Premise/Private Cloud there is no limit. However, by default it's set to 6 connections by default.
For video exports, the limit is 10 threads at the same time + 1 thread for every 5 licenses.
