  • Teramind Cloud customers are eligible for live chat, in-app support tickets and email support.

  • Teramind On-Premise and Private Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.) customers are eligible for 24x7 follow-the-sun support and an Enterprise SLA (contact us if you need a copy of the Enterprise SLA).
