Improvements

  • Support for non-Latin attachment file names in LLM applications: Attachments with non-Latin file names are now stored and can be downloaded with the correct file name.

  • LinkedIn edited comment capture: Edited LinkedIn comments are now captured correctly following changes to the LinkedIn page API.

  • Optimized DLP scanning of WAR archives: WAR archive scanning has been optimized to reduce high CPU usage on affected VDI environments.

  • Improved updater diagnostics: Updater logs are now included in the Real-Time Service log by default, making update-related issues easier to troubleshoot.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where print reports showed 0 pages for documents that contained printable pages.

  • Fixed an issue where application and browser window titles were still reported when "Track window titles" was turned off.

  • Fixed an issue where the agent could hang and fail to exit when shutting down.

  • Fixed an issue where instant messages in Webex Web (web.webex.com) were not captured or displayed in the Dashboard.

  • Fixed an issue where standalone Ctrl, Alt, and Shift key presses were missing from keystroke reports.

  • Fixed capture of printed files for applications that use OpenXPS or Microsoft Print to PDF, including WPS Office and Google Docs print flows.

  • Fixed an issue where printed PDFs and Google Docs/Sheets were not captured because outdated print-rendering components were used.

  • Fixed incomplete Windows version information reported to the server, including Windows edition, build, and architecture.

  • Fixed missing process names in per-process CPU and RAM telemetry.

  • Fixed an issue where "CONTROL service not responding" alerts could be generated during intentional agent shutdown or reconnect. Alerts continue to be generated for actual service degradation.
