Teramind Agent can monitor anything the user sees (provided you have the right monitoring settings). So, if the original email was opened by the user before it was encrypted and sent, Teramind will be able to capture that unencrypted version. Same way, if a user receives an encrypted email and opens it (decrypts it in the process), then the Agent will be able to capture it.
