Improvements

Handling Network Driver Issues with Specific Sophos Versions

In Windows Agent 23.52.1305, we introduced a solution related to Sophos Antivirus causing crashes and other issues with the Agent. As a workaround, the Agent would automatically disable the network driver when it detected any version of Sophos.

In this version, the Agent will apply the workaround more intelligently. Now, the Agent will only disable the network driver if detects a Sophos version that's known to cause issues. For other versions of the AV, it will not disable the network driver.

Other Improvements

We continue to improve the performance and reliability of the Agent by adding more diagnostic capabilities and internal exception handling.

Bug Fixes

Duplicate Records for Offline Time Entries (Hidden Agent)

Due to a bug, the internal time database might contain duplicate entries for events when the Agent was offline. As a result, in rare circumstances, it might affect reports like Time Tracking > Time Records, Time Tracking > Time Cards, BI > Productivity, etc.

The bug is fixed now.
