Agent Ignoring the Don't Monitor IP Option on The Website Monitoring Settings
Due to a bug, the Agent would ignore the DON'T MONITOR WEB TRAFFIC FOR THESE IPS field on the Monitoring Settings > Monitoring Profile > Websites settings and continue to inject Quick Web Proxy certificate (the certificate is used by Teramind to monitor encrypted web traffic) into sites it should ignore:
The bug is fixed now so that the Agent will no longer inject the Quick Web Proxy certificate into the sites mentioned in the DON'T MONITOR WEB TRAFFIC FOR THESE IPS setting.
Agent Crashes on Windows Server 2012 R2 And Other Older Versions of Windows
Due to the changes in Microsoft Trusted Root Program, some components of the Teramind Agent might fail to get verified by Windows' digital certificate scheme on Windows Server 20212 R2 and Windows 8/8.1 (without the latest updates). As a result, the Agent might crash with a message like this:
The tmfsdrv2 service failed to start due to the following error:
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.
The bug is fixed now.
