Configurable Geolocation Map Sources

A new Geolocation map tiles section under Settings > About lets you choose where geolocation map imagery comes from. Two options are available: MAP TILES selects the tile source, and DOWNLOAD ARCHIVE lets you place a high-detail map on your own server.
A bundled offline world map ships with the installation and works out of the box - geolocation reports and widgets render with no internet access required. Map sourcing is now explicit with auditable configuration choice. No map data is fetched from the internet unless an administrator explicitly enables it.
Why it Matters:
Air-gapped and restricted networks: geolocation maps render in deployments with no internet access, using the bundled offline map.
Privacy and compliance: no outbound contact to third-party map services unless an administrator explicitly enables it.
Administrative control and auditability: map sourcing is a recorded configuration choice you can review, restrict, or disable.
Detail versus footprint: choose the trade-off between map resolution and server storage, from a lightweight built-in world map up to full street-level detail.
