Upgraded OCR Engine: Faster, Smarter, and More Accurate
We’ve updated our OCR engine to deliver a dramatic leap in overall performance, speed, and text recognition quality. By streamlining background processing and optimizing resource management, screen content is now captured, rendered, and made searchable far more efficiently than before.
Key Enhancements
Faster Processing*: Mining performance is significantly improved: 2 - 3x faster for single-language workloads and 3 - 5x faster when multiple languages are enabled. On-premises deployments also benefit from a new prefetch feature that pre-downloads screen files before the miner needs them, delivering up to an additional 2x speed improvement for large, high-resolution screen records.
Higher Accuracy: Improved text recognition precision across all 6 supported languages: English, Hebrew, Dutch, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish.
Zero-Configuration Setup: The new engine is automatically enabled upon applying the TMU without requiring any manual setup.

Other Improvements & Updates
Focus Dashboard Fix: Resolved an issue with the Email Log widget where previews appeared blank and action buttons failed. Email previews, alongside Save, Print, and Download Attachment actions, are now fully functional.
