New Aggregation Tab on the Instant Messages Report

A new Aggregated tab is added to the BI Reports > Instant Messages report that will let you see IM activities grouped by conversations. This will help you identify chat sessions easily instead of viewing them by timestamps only.
Improvements
Extended Agent API Endpoint: The GET methods of the
/tm-api/agent
and/tm-api/agent:id
endpoint responses are updated to include the Last Login Time (last_con_time
) and Last Login From computer ID (last_con_computer_id
) extending the API capabilities and giving you access to more information about users login sessions.
Resolved Issues
Fixed an issue where deleting time records from reports like the Time Cards wouldn’t remove all the selected time slots.
Fixed a bug causing users with the right permission to be unable to access the Alerts settings.
Fixed a bug that would prevent an admin from editing the Monitoring Profiles.
