Issue: Teramind is not recognizing browsers URL. Cannot classify websites.

Please make sure the Websites is turned on in the Monitoring Settings panel. Also check that you do not have any conditions specified on Websites monitoring settings that prevents you from tracking certain sites. For example, if you used the 'MONITOR ONLY THESE WEBSITES' option then Teramind will not monitor any websites that's not included in that field. Or, in another case, the customer put 'ps' in the 'DON'T MONITOR WEB TRAFFIC FOR THESE WEBSITES'. This would effectively filter out all https:// URLs making the websites monitoring feature not working.
