How to classify activities as productive / unproductive?

We have enhanced the web pages & applications classification feature and moved it under the Configure > Productivity profiles menu.

We have also moved all the productive, unproductive and unclassified time reporting from the monitoring reports to the BI Reports (e.g. Applications & Webpages and Productivity reports).

These changes will give you more control and options for classifying employee productivity and reporting.
