Firewall and proxy issues
Possible Causes
- Firewall is blocking the server and/or port.
- UDP port is blocked.
Solution
- Make sure Teramind server/ports are not blocked by your firewall. To learn which server/IPs and ports you need to check and how, check out this article: How to check if Teramind IP addresses/hosts and ports are enabled.
- Teramind Agent connects to the server on some random UDP ports for audio. To disable using UDP ports, switch off Audio from the Teramind Dashboard:
