You install the Teramind Agent on a computer you want to monitor. There are two types of agents. The Revealed/Visible Agent has a user interface that allows a user to start/stop the monitoring at any time. On the other hand, the Hidden/Silent Agent is hidden from the user and starts monitoring as soon as they log into their computer and cannot be stopped by a regular user.
