How can we see what time is wasted in meetings / what we can cut down on?

Teramind has a dedicated Online Meetings report that captures meetings/conference calls on popular apps such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc. You can view who participated in the meeting, when, for how long, etc. You can view the recordings of the meetings and chat conversations that took place.

You can create app/web rules. For example, get notified when one of these apps is used for a certain amount of time. Or, if a user/department is spending too much time on meetings compared to other users/departments.
