How do I get onboarding assistance/help/training?

We provide 1:1 training, a dedicated product specialist, and a customer success manager to ensure you’re properly equipped for monitoring and also offer a certification program for in-depth and on-demand product training.

Contact us and we will assign you a customer success engineer to help you with installation, setup, onboarding, configuration. We can even help you get started with setting up your first policies and rules.
