How do I subscribe to Teramind?

Check out Teramind with a free trial account

Go to the Teramind Pricing page to get started. Simply select the Teramind solution you are interested in, your preferred deployment model, and the expected number of users/endpoints/terminal servers and click “Start Free Trial”. 

Teramind is yours to try for 14 days On-Premise / Private Cloud or 7 days Cloud at no cost. Once you are ready to buy, choose one of the options below.

Subscribe to a paid version (Cloud)

You can subscribe from your Teramind Dashboard:

1. Click the MY ACCOUNT menu
2. Select the SUBSCRIPTION tab.
3. Then click the CLICK TO SUBSCRIBE button. This will take you to a checkout page:

4. Choose the subscription details, enter your billing address and payment information. Then click the SUBSCRIBE button at the bottom of the page to start your subscription. 

Subscribe to a paid version (On-Premise / Private Cloud)

Step 1: Buying your license

You can subscribe from the Self-hosted Portal:

1. Go to: https://www.teramind.co/portal. Or go to: https://www.teramind.co, click the Log in button at the top-right corner. Then, select the Self-hosted Portal option from the menu.
2. Log in with you account credentials. This will take you to the main portal page:

3. Click the Shop menu on top.
4. Make sure the ORDER tab is selected.
5. Choose a solution such as UAM On-Premise, DLP On-Premise or Starter On-Premise. 
6. Enter the number of endpoints and terminal servers you need.
7. Select a subscription period.
8. Click the Add to Cart button when done. This will take you to the Shopping cart page:

9. Click the Check Out button to continue to the next screen:

10. Enter you contact information and company details. Click the Continue button to save the information and go to the next screen:

11. Optionally, you can enter a PO number and additional notes to your purchase.
12. Click the Proceed to checkout button to go to the next screen:

12. If you are paying by credit card, enter your card details and click the Checkout now button to purchase the solution immediately. We will email you your permanent license number. Once you have received the license number, follow the instructions in Step 2 below to continue.
13. If you chose one of the annual subscription periods (in Step 1-7), then you will also see a pay by bank transfer option.  If you select this payment option, you will see the bank transfer details such us our bank name, Swift ID, Routing No. etc. You will also see a Save Quote button below. Click this button and send us your payment. Once we receive the payment, we will send you the permanent license number. Once you have received the license number, follow the instructions in Step 2 below to continue.
14. If you chose one of the annual subscription periods (in Step 1-7) and you are a US customer, then you will also see a pay by check option.  If you select this payment option, you will see our mailing address. You will also see a Save Quote button below. Click this button and send us your check to the address. Once you have received the license number, follow the instructions in Step 2 below to continue.

Step 2: Updating your trial license with the permanent license

Once you have received your permanent license key, you will need to enter it on your Teramind Dashboard to active your paid subscription. You can do it from the Setting screen:

1. Click the Gear icon  near the top-right corner of the dashboard.
2. Select Setting.
3. Select the About tab.
4. Enter your license key in the LICENSE KEY field located under the About the deployment section.
5. Click the Change button. Once done, the dashboard will refresh and display the updated entitlements for your license key.
