Video recording missing (On-Premise)

If you are having issues with video not being captured. check out the Video not captured article instead.

The most likely reasons is, the recording is automatically deleted as per your history settings. You can check how long your recording is kept and change it

  1. Click the Gear mceclip1__3_.png icon located near the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select Monitoring Settings.
  3. Select a monitoring profile from the list.
  4. Click the small Gear mceclip2.png icon near the end of the SCREEN. This will open the settings for the Screen:
  5. Make sure the days set in the adequate to capture all the recordings you need:
