The most likely reasons is, the recording is automatically deleted as per your history settings. You can check how long your recording is kept and change it
- Click the Gear
icon located near the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Monitoring Settings.
- Select a monitoring profile from the list.
- Click the small Gear
icon near the end of the SCREEN. This will open the settings for the Screen:
- Make sure the days set in the adequate to capture all the recordings you need:
