To check your SMTP settings:
- Click the Gear icon near the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Setting.
- Select the SMTP tab:
- Make sure the E-MAIL SENT FROM address on the SMTP Settings page is added to your safe address list in your email client. Check your email client's documentation if you don’t know how to add an email address to the safe list.
- Check out other settings on the SMTP settings screen. You can also send a test email from the SMTP settings screen to make sure they are working properly.
