How can I delete the screenshots from the dashboard?

Teramind does not allow this functionality (by design) to prevent administrators from manipulating data. We can, however, process a mass purge to all data associated with your account on request. Send an email to if you want that.

You can, however, remove a time slot from the user's time records from the MONITORING > Screen snapshots screen:


  1. Hover over a time slot, then click the X button.
  2. You can also click the ADD/REMOVE TIME button.
Note that, even if you remove a time slot, the screen recordings for that time will still be available in the video recordings .
