Open a BI report (you can access them from the BI REPORTS menu), then click the EXPORT button. Choose an export option:

Viewing a List of Exported Reports / Redownloading Exported Reports
You can see a list of already exported report and redownload them from the SYSTEM > Report export screen.
Schedule Auto Delivery of the BI Reports
From the EXPORT menu, choose the Schedule export option. For more information about the schedule export option and other details, check out the Exporting a BI Report section on the User Guide.
