When the Teramind agent is installed on a print server, the Clean Print Spool option can be enabled/disabled. When Clean Print Spool is enabled, the Teramind agent will check the print spooler every 10 minutes and delete documents older than 6 hours.
Follow the steps below to access this option by:
- Select COMPUTERS from the main menu. You will be taken to the Computers screen.
- Click a computer that's a Print Server from the list of computers. You will be taken to the Computer's details screen.
- Click the EDIT INFO button. A Computer settings window will pop-up that will let you enable/disable the CLEAN PRINT SPOOL option:
